OakMac SHRM is excited to partner with Tedi R. Parsons, CCC, CEC, CPC and The Professionals Forum to provide an incredible Learning Series dedicated to creating, enhancing, growing and cultivating your organization's diversity initiatives.
Beginning January 2022, attendees will take part in 5 separate sessions over 5 months; after each session, subject matter experts Bridget Hurd, Erica White, and Marilyn Davis will offer a 30-minute round table discussion to further facilitate discussion.
Course Description:
Today's top businesses understand that Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace is essential to attracting and retaining top talent (the 'Best of the Best') and having a strong Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Plan/Strategy is critical to the organizations’ overall bottom-line and success. Join us and learn how to create, enhance, grow and cultivate your organization's diversity initiative by creating a strong, effective and winning culture.
