Veteran Member Application

Membership Renewal Clause:

1. Membership Term: Membership in OakMac SHRM is granted for a one year from the date of registration.
2. Renewal Notice: Members will receive renewal reminders via emails at least 90, 60 and 30 days prior to the expiration of their membership term.
3. Grace Period: Members are granted a 60-day grace period beyond the expiration date of their membership to renew their membership without interruption of access to chapter resources and benefits.
4. Termination of Membership: If a member fails to renew their membership within the 60-day grace period, their membership privileges will be automatically terminated, and access to chapter resources and benefits will be suspended.
5. Reinstatement: To regain access to chapter resources and benefits after membership termination due to non-renewal, the former member must submit a new membership application and pay the applicable membership fees. ( Student and Veteran Membership - $20)
6. Non-Refundable: Membership in OakMac SHRM is non-refundable.
7. Compliance: By registering for membership with OakMac SHRM, members agree to comply with all membership renewal policies and procedures outlined herein.
8. Contact Information: It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that their contact information, including email address, is accurate and up-to-date to receive renewal reminders and notifications.
9. Waiver: Failure by OakMac SHRM to enforce any provision of this Membership Renewal Clause shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision herein.
